on fire matrix should i or should i not?

there are so many ways to market no a days. I remember when it was just word of mouth, to flyers, then coupons, to so much more! Now everything is done on computers and the web. People build websites for their companies, even social media accounts such as facebook, twitter and so on and so forth. People like me who are just becoming more in tune with all this takes some getting used to and lots of questions. Someone told me to join on fire matrix to help me learn more about it all. I haven't just yet but I am thinking about it. Just no longer want to be the non-computer nerd at my work and want to understand more of what they talk about!
